Powercut is a DJ, promoter and part-time remixer/producer based in Bristol, most known for his party rocking DJ sets and break-heavy mixes. As one part of Funk From The Trunk, Powercut has also been resident at a number of Bristol club-nights over the years and played festivals across the UK and Europe.

Powercut’s mixes have spread across the globe like wildfire, many to critical acclaim (stick ‘funk mix’ in Google), and 2010 saw him having two mixes on Ninja Tune’s legendary Solid Steel Radio.

Having shared stages with artists such as The Herbaliser, DJ Format, Ugly Duckling, Marva Whitney, Fat Freddys Drop, Questlove, The Nextmen, Breakestra, J-Rocc and Necro, he has a diverse arsenal of beats and pieces to rock a crowd alongside some of the world’s finest.
