Livestock is a rap artist from Guelph, Ontario who has been MCing and DJing since 1999. It was then that the inspiration that came from years of listening whole-heartedly to all the great hip-hop of the 1990's burst out of me. My first serious record release was "The Train Rawbers Volume 1" in 2004, an album I spear-headed with all of my closest friends in the Plague Language crew. I have since recorded and released several more albums of varying styles and tones and performed them in Guelph and the surrounding area.
The latest release from Livestock is "The Big Crunch" (PL/ Legendary Entertainment, 2008) by The Weird Apples which is a group consisting of Livestock, Noah23, and DJ Madadam. To read a review of the album and to check out some tunes, check out www.myspace.com/theweirdapples
My other most recent release is "The Rawganic Ep" which I recorded in the fall of 2007 over Leon Murphy beats and released on Plague Language in junction with Legendary Entertainment.
I used to have all of my music up for free download on the internet but that web-page was recently closed down. Generate positive phenomena for yourself by supporting the big gangsters in Guelph. We are always makin the most downright freshest tracks, on the edge of insanity, for you friendly-listeners.
