Mike Monday has been played on NTS in shows including PURE at Café Del Mar, featured first on 12 March 2025. Songs played include When The Rain Falls and Justify (Will Saul & Mike Monday Remix).

Mike Monday (b. Michael Mukhopadhyay - aka Distant Drums & Mike Marshall), studied music at Oxford University, and worked in the early 90s with Andy Cato of Groove Armada as part of Beat Foundation.

Since then he's released countless underground club cuts and two critically acclaimed albums, Smorgasbord in 2006 and Songs Without Words - Part 1 in 2008.
