Aki Onda is a Japanese-born, Brooklyn-based electronic musician, composer and multi-media artist. He is known for his “Cassette Memories” series — works compiled from a “sound diary” of field-recordings collected using portable cassette recorder over the last three decades. He creates compositions, performances, and visual artworks from those sound memories. He's presented his output at MoMA, Pompidou Center, ICA London, Louvre Museum, Palais de Tokyo, Queen Elizabeth Hall, International Film Festival Rotterdam, Nam June Paik Art Center and many more
