Kwashibu Area Band has been played on NTS over 10 times, featured on 17 episodes and was first played on 12 June 2015.

Founded in Accra, Ghana, in 2014, Kwashibu Area Band is a dynamic musical collective led by Kwame Yeboah and Ben Abarbanel-Wolff. Dedicated to both preserving and innovating Ghanaian Highlife music, the band has emerged as a pivotal force in contemporary African music.
