The Teen Kings has been played on NTS in shows including Diddy Wah, featured first on 18 May 2015. Songs played include Go! Go! Go! and Ooby Dooby.

The country/rockabilly group in which a young Roy Orbison honed his skills for nearly a decade. Although the group started to come together in 1948 and lasted through Orbison's first couple of recordings for Sun Records in 1956, little recorded material by them has seen the light of day. The band consisted of Roy Orbison, Billy Pat Ellis, Jack Kennelly, and James Morrow.
