N.C.C.U. has been played on NTS in shows including Whodis? w/ 56 DJs, featured first on 14 August 2015. Songs played include Superstar, Hey Girl and Super Trick.

N.C.C.U. (New Central Connection Unlimited) was a North Carolina based Funk ensemble. They formed at North Carolina Central University. Their one and only album, Super Trick, was released in 1977 on United Artists. They also released the single Freak (backed with Superstar) on Saxony Records in 1978.
