1) El Gringo is a garage rock trio from South Jakarta, Indonesia. Formed in the middle of 2012 by Rama (Guitar/Vocal), Oza (Drum/Backing Vocal), and Radit (Bass). At first they played cover version of classic surf songs like Wipe Out, California Sun, Misirlou, etc. But after some intensive jamming session, they wanted to sound more ethereal, harsh, and heavy at the same time. They are influenced by a wide range spectrum of music, from Carpenters to Sex Pistols.
