Mac Sample was a New Beat project from Belgium in 1988 now defunct, of Chris Inger and Marc Grouls. They recorded "House Inspector" which incorporated samples of legendary British comedian Peter Sellers in his most famous character: (chief) inspector (Jacques) Clouseau.
