Missin' Linx has been played on NTS shows including Kutmah Presents: Sketchbook Radio, with M.I.A. first played on 22 April 2015.

Missin' Linx includes Al' Tariq (formerly known as Kool Ass Fashion of The Beatnuts), Black Attack, and Problemz.

Al' Tariq left The Beatnuts and released his much-slept-on solo debut album God Connections in 1996. Many members of Missin' Linx were featured on God Connections, although they were not known as Missin' Linx then.

So i'm guessing that Missin' Linx was officially formed soon after the amazing God Connections album was released in '96.
