Keith Relf has been played on NTS shows including Carolina Soul, with Shapes In My Mind first played on 21 August 2026.

Keith Relf (born March 22, 1943, Richmond upon Thames, Surrey; died May 14, 1976, London) is best known as the lead singer and harmonica player of the Yardbirds. After the Yardbirds broke up, Relf was involved in the duo Together (with fellow-Yardbird Jim McCarty), the groups Renaissance (which included his sister Jane Relf) and Armageddon. He also produced a number of tracks for the Acoustic based Amber, for Saturnalia, and for Medicine Head, with whom he also played bass. Relf died in an accident, electrocuting himself while playing his electric guitar. (The tale that he died while playing said instrument in the bathtub is an urban legend.) At the time, Keith was rehearsing new material for the formation of Illusion.
