The Howling Hex is an American rock band founded in New Mexico, US by guitarist Neil Michael Hagerty (formerly of Royal Trux and Pussy Galore). Hagerty has claimed that the Howling Hex are the key proponents of a musical style known as 'The New Border Sound'.
