The PutBacks is an Australian band from Melbourne, consisting of Mick Meagher (The Black Arm Band), Rory McDougall (City City City), Simon Mavin (Hiatus Kaiyote/Swooping Duck) and Tom Martin (The Bombay Royale). In 2014, the band collaborated with indigenous Australian singer Emma Donovan for the album Dawn. Four years later, they released their self-titled debut, with features from singer Bilal and multi-instrumentalist Miguel Atwood-Ferguson. Their second album with Emma Donovan, Crossover, was released in 2020.
