perrine en morceaux is a song-maker writer, singer, composer living in Paris. She has developed a minimalist way of making songs, combining electro-acoustic loops, voice and text, using 2 pedals (loopstation + KaossPad2) and 3 microphones. Her work belongs to the rough and wide categories of rock music and pop culture, she describes it as "minimal electro post-folk songs", and addresses it to the widest audience. She has performed about 60 solo concerts in the past 2 years, and self-produced a first solo album called ESSAIS EMISSION. Aside from her solo project, she has initiated a song-making collaborative project called INTERTEXT involving musicians from very different musical backgrounds, from experimental noise to breakcore electronic sound makers, from hardcore free jazz instrumentists to electro-acoustic researchers.
