Variations are Thom Clarke & Nick Bartlett. After making their way onto Caspa’s radar, it wasn’t long before the tastemaker snapped up and signed the Hertfordshire duo Variations to his label, Dub Police. Known to friends as Thom Clarke & Nick Bartlett, Variations have already earned support from Plastician, Jakes, Blu Mar Ten, and more. Taking off at full speed, their label debut, the ‘Thanks for Coming’ EP, is set to drop on the 3rd of June and features 5 bass-heavy beats that set the tone and put Variations firmly on the map.
Variations were a French hard rock outfit of the early 70s, initially taking their cues mostly from Led Zeppelin. They later became Les Variations and adopted a more mainstream/pop approach.
