Apogee has been played on NTS shows including Happy Death w/ Ed Horrox, with Solo first played on 11 July 2016.

At least six bands currently operate with the name Apogee.

APOGEEs music is influenced by New Wave/80s sounds with remarkably synthesizer parts. In contrast Makoto’s soft and unique voice and many musical elements make a “new mixture”. Trademarks are their highly animated music videos, which never fail to surprise.

They debuted in 2006 with their first single 「Yakan Hikou」( Night Flight)….
