Shacke One (born 1989) , a Berlin rapper from the Pankow district, is part of the Berlin hip-hop label "Nordachse Cash Group", which he runs with Achim Funk, Tiger104, Klaus Layer, NES64, Carl Edit and Heiko. Many connections to battle and old school rap can be found in Shacke One's music. The style is characterized by the great influence of funk and soul. The texts deal with proletarian neighborhood life in North Berlin. Special stylistic features are a rather rough text style with word jokes and a tendency to exaggerate. In the combination of the rather smooth funk beats, this leads to a strong contrast between music and text. Rap friends, with whom he is also stylistically connected, include MC Bomber, Tiger104er, King Orgasmus One and G.G.B.
Shacke One came into contact with graffiti early in life and was active in the Berlin graffiti crew OBS Crew. As a teenager, Shacke One listened to a lot of the funk genre in addition to rap. Through MC Bomber he got more involved with rapping, after which they released an album of the same name together in 2014 under the crew name Nordachse, produced by Achim Funk. Through this publication, the Berlin rapper Frauenarzt became aware of the formation and initially signed MC Bomber.
His debut solo album "Stecks, Schmiers & Suffs" (2016) was praised by critics from Juice magazine, followed by the solo albums "Bossen & Bumsen" (2017), "Shackitistan" (2019) and "Rap wie er sein wollte" (2023).
