Young Smoke is a Canadian rapper from Toronto, Ontario. Emerging from the city's prominent Regent Park neighbourhood, His immediate older brother was Jahvante Smart, famously known as Smoke Dawg, he is widely recognized as a core member of the Toronto hip hop collective Halal Gang and the Toronto supergroup Full Circle. He officially began his musical career in late 2018 following the tragic passing of his older brother and prominent Toronto rap star, Smoke Dawg. Young Smoke grew up in Regent Park, a downtown neighbourhood in Toronto. He was raised in a large family alongside eight siblings, which included six boys and three girls.
