S. Hazarasingh has been played on NTS in shows including We Are… w/ Paul Camo, featured first on 15 June 2015. Songs played include Roop Tera Mastana, Aa Jane Jaan and Badan Pe Sitare.

S. Hazarasingh started out in the film studio orchestra as early as 1941, and had played on the original version of “Mera Naam Chin Chin Chu.” On many of his records, he is listed as “S.
