Tim Hart has been played on NTS in shows including Carolina Soul, featured first on 25 February 2017. Songs played include Bring Us In Good Ale, Cannily Cannily and Who's The Fool Now.

Starting out in the late 1960s as a singing duo on the folk club scene of St. Albans, England, Tim Hart and Maddy Prior released several albums together before becoming founder members of the iconic English folk-rock band Steeleye Span.

Tim Hart died of lung cancer on 24 December 2009, aged 61.
