The Kurws has been played on NTS shows including Don't Trip w/ Margarita, with Weltgeist first played on 13 March 2017.

The Kurws (nowadays known as Kurws) formed in 2008 in Wrocław, Poland as a spontaneous consequence of a ping-pong session, which descended underground and remains there until today. They drew on influences arising from punk rock as well as rock'n'roll tradition, garage rock, krautrock, rotten funk, no wave or the British post-punk scene.
