Ramsey McDowell, better known as Lil Ramsey and later as Mac Ramsey, was a gangsta rapper from Memphis, TN. He's best known for his collaborations with Tommy Wright III as a member of the legendary rap group Ten Wanted Men.
Lil Ramsey had released a solo album on tape in 1994 through Street Smart Records, entitled "Goin' Undercover", which was later rereleased several times officially or not. Classic underground stuff… In 2020, he had dropped his sophomore album, "Underrated And Over Hated" under the moniker Mac Ramsey.
Lil Ramsey had also appeared on several other releases of Rivaside Clique or Da Crime Click.
He passed away after a car crash on September 5th, 2020. R.I.P.
