Guitar: Gibson Les Paul with soap bar pick-ups through a cranked up Vox AC15, Watkins copycat (Old tube type), Wah Wah. Irish tin whistles on sacred dance. Various drum machines but mainly Roland. Although recorded in early 1980 and receiving air play "Freedom" was only a limited release in 1983 along with the album "Alluma". Remixed, re-mastered as the "Sacred Project". Jade represents the best of the Emperor suite (2007) and have been fully re mastered.The compositions are based upon ancient Chinese folk lore, telling of the adventures of a young emperor as he travelled along the old Silk Road.
