The Republic has been played on NTS shows including Shanti Celeste, with R.E.S.P.E.C.T. first played on 19 May 2017.

Based in Seattle, drawing inspiration from great rock locals like Dave Bazan (Pedro the Lion) and Death Cab for Cutie. The Republic released 'Kingdom of Noise' in March 2009, a full length record with the goal to not create more noise, but music that inspires and motivates its listeners.
