Mitch & Mitch has been played on NTS shows including Anthony Chalmers, with Quando Chega O Verao first played on 25 July 2017.

It would all have been different if Jobim hadn’t written ‘desafinado… but he had. Mitch & Mitch (at that time Macio Moretti and Bartek Magneto – one half of Starzy Singers) met determined to record the classic tune for the needs of the Azorro film group. Until now they have not succeeded to do so. Instead, they were born again to sing of the road, nostalgia, love, sentiments and TV at the barber’s. During the hot and ethereal days of summer, at Mitch’s rancho…, uhm, yy, aa – at Mitch’s flat… they constructed and recorded songs straight from their hearts into disk. Two other Mitches, met at the rough paths of life: Crazy Mitch (Patryk Zakrocki) and Big Boned Mitch (Andrzej Zaleski) helped us with two pieces. Our heroes, being aware that the music they created soothes and pleases their weary faces, decided to immediately present the world with a disk in a box. And so it happened. Zgniłe mięso rekords, a company owned by a mysterious band called mały szu –– spat it out impetuously at the ears and eyes of the eavesdroppers.

The band plays live in an extended setup: Mitch - guitars, voc. Mitch - bass, melodica, voc. Serious Mitch (Piotr Kaliński) - guitars, melodica, perc., voc. Big Boned Mitch - drums, jew's harp, perc., voc. Mrs Mitch (Bartek Weber) - drums, guitars, perc., sampler, voc.
