La Banda Trapera Del Rio has been played on NTS shows including Crossed Wires w/ Amanda Siegel, with Ciutat Podrida first played on 18 August 2017.

PUNK band started in 1977 in Cornella, Catalonia (Spain). First spanish punk-rock band ever and also first rock band to record a song sang in catalan language, "Ciutat podrida". After 2 albums they disbanded in 1982. In 1992 they returned with new album and disbanded in 1996. They come back again in 2016 with a new third album.
