川島基宏 (Motohiro Kawashima) is a videogame music composer, although not that well known within the field. He has composed music with 古代祐三 (Yuzo Koshiro) on the well known games Streets of Rage 2 and Streets of Rage 3 (Bare Knuckle 2 and 3 in Japan) which is were most will have came into contact with his name.

He has also worked on Batman Returns and Shinobi 2 although there is very little information on the composer himself you can find credits to these works around the internet.
