Mario Diaz de León is a composer and performer from New York, USA. He released the album Still Point with Severiano Martinez in 2007. He plays guitar in the noise group Symbol and is featured on the album Landspacewaterfaith (2008). The album Mira documents his solo performance style using processed voice and guitar, and was released on the Shinkoyo label in 2008. An album of de León's chamber music was released on John Zorn's Tzadik label in September 2009.
