Asterix has been played on NTS shows including Brown Acid Trippin' w/ Lance Barresi of Permanent Records, with If I Could Fly first played on 28 November 2017.

Asterix was a German heavy / prog rock band and direct progenitor to Lucifer's Friend, formed in succession from many other studio projects with the same lineup such as Electric Food, Brother T. & Family, The Pink Mice, and released one self-titled album and one single in 1970.
