Answered Questions was an Synth Soul/R&B duo from the early 90s that consisted of singers Marva King (from Flint, Michigan) and Morris Rentie, Jr (from Tulsa, Oklahoma). Prior to the duo’s formation, Marva and Morris did session work and released solo music of their own.

In 1990, they released their debut and only album “Happiness Is….” on the EMI America record label. The lead single from the album “What You Deserve” peaked at #48 on Billboard’s Hot Black Singles chart, staying on the chart for 9 weeks. Their follow-up single “Sentimental” failed to make the charts at all. After that, it seemed as if Answered Questions faded into obscurity.
