New Scene has been played on NTS shows including Channeling w/ Ivan Smagghe & Nathan Gregory Wilkins, with El Mach Hall (The Never Should Be The AA-Side Mix) first played on 12 January 2018.

New Scene was a German new beat group consisting of Markus Barth and Arno Müller. The group was signed to Boy Records and active from 1989 to 1992. The group drew on a wide range of electronic influences, as evidenced by their use of samples from Nitzer Ebb, Front 242, and Jean-Michel Jarre.
