Fantasias Animadas has been played on NTS in shows including Nosedrip, featured first on 16 January 2018. Songs played include Mike's Road and Estero.

Fantasías Animadas is the electronic music project of Diego Sebastián Vainer. This project started in 1993, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, when Diego started composing, producing and recording electronic music. By the end of 1995, he realeases a compilation of his work in a CD titled “93+94+95”. This CD appeared under Fantasias Animadas’s own label. Originally this material was distributed among the press and especialized music shops. In 1998 this first CD arrived to mainstream and international music shops like Tower Records. Since then, Fantasias Animadas releases PENDIENTE (1999), DEJARE QUE EL TIEMPO ME ALCANCE (1999, with Daniel Melero), ARQUITECTURA (2001, Fragil Discos – 2005 Fantasias Animadas) and ALIENTO (2005). Fantasias Animadas has a busy schedule of gigs from the intimate concerts (like the presentation of “ALIENTO” in the golden room at the Alianza Francesa in Buenos Aires at candlelight) to massive shows (like the ones in 9th International Festival of Advance Music and Multimadia Art of Barcelona - SÓNAR 2002, Mutek BA 2006 y Creamfields 2006 festivals. Besides this project, Diego Sebastián Vainer composes music for film, theater, contemporary dance and installations works (see also myspace.com/diegovainer & myspace.com/cordovainer). As a result of this work, a new material is prepared to be released in February of 2009 called “ESCENA”.
