Ildfrost were a dark ambient duo formed in 1992 in Norway consisting of Jens Petter Nilsen and Jane Christina Aasterud.

They were the first non-Swedish group on the Cold Meat Industry label but moved to the Fluttering Dragon label in 2000. Their music can be described as dark, frightening, but also challenging.
