Károly Binder has been played on NTS shows including Adam Oko, with Utószó (Epilogue) first played on 18 March 2018.

Pianist, composer, university teacher. Internationally acclaimed musician, he vows his talent to new trends, alternative musical cultures and composition technique as well as improvisation systems, without forgetting his own musicial roots. Concerts, workshops: London Royal Festival Hall, Hambourg, Berlin, Frankfurt, Stockholm, Amsterdam, Helsinki, Copenhagen, Köln, Vienna, Athens, Ankara, Cairo, Duisburg, Essen, Freiburg… He has recorded more than a hundred pieces for piano, orchestra and chamber music as well as 34 feature movie soundtracks and theatre pieces.

First Prize of the International Jazz Meeting of Piano Kalisz in 1981. First Prize of the Jazz Meeting of Hungarian Radio in 1986. eMeRTon Prize for the Best Soloist in 1989. Album of the Year in 1991: Binder-Shotham: Dance-Music Ferenc Erkel Prize in 2003.

Since the beginning of his carrier, he has recorded 41 albums.
