Nicotina es Primavera has been played on NTS in shows including Fractal Meat On A Spongy Bone, featured first on 21 May 2018. Songs played include Violencias.

This is a side project of Camilo Ángeles, flutist of the RIO band SALES DE BAÑO. Born in Peru but graduated in Buenos Aires at the Manuel De Falla conservatory. This band features several elements from SALES DE BAÑO

The lineup comprehends Juan Olivera (Trumpet), Violeta García (cello), Camilo Ángeles (flute), Pía Hernández (piano), Carlos Quebrada (bass), Nicolás del Águila (drums) and Fermín Merlo (vibraphone).

The project was started in 2013 and is a mixture of jazz, experimental rock and contemporary classic as can be expected from a RIO band. The album alternates melodies and dissonances with complex musical passages in a sort of minimalist jazz.
