Flue

Flue has been played on NTS in shows including The Jacuzzi w/ Geneva Jacuzzi, featured first on 27 July 2018. Songs played include Some-Times and Jerome.

There are multiple artists named Flue:

1) Flue was a post-punk band from Netherlands, active in the 1980s and signed to the Dutch label Torso. Their music is a mixture of coldwave and guitar new wave with strong sober melodies and a dark feel. The band consisted of four members: Edward Gijsen (vocals, guitar, synth), Judith Smorenberg (synth), Jerome (bass) and Hans (drums). Flue released two albums: "One and a Half" in 1981, and "Vista" in 1983, both were issued on vinyl only and are extremely hard to find nowadays. "One and a Half" has been digitally remastered and expanded with 7 rare bonus tracks.

2) Flue is an experimental trio from the San Francisco Bay Area, formed by Mason (guitar, synth), Jason Stein (bass), and Chris Miller (guitar). Their play eerie and atmospheric music that drifts on string-laden experimentation. They incorporate electric guitars, bass and analog keyboards that they pass through various distortions, filters and effects in real time. The result is a musically unified work that could be described as abstract or artificial ambient but beyond the notion of simulating an already existing environment.
