Svetozár Stračina (born 3 December 1940, Martin - † 26. February 1996, Bratislava, buried in Banská Bystrica) was a musician and composer.
He attended primary school in Banská Bystrica. He also studied piano and accordion at the Music School in Banská Bystrica. Collector of folk songs, editor of their recordings. Collaborator of folklore ensembles Lúčnica and SĽUK. Co-organiser of Co-organizer of folklore festivals. Author of songs and arrangements of musical folklore, orchestral works, film and stage music.
