Tommy Williams was a Londoner who worked for the Lachenal Concertina factory in the 1920s, played his huge Wheatstone Maccann duet system concertina in music hall and concert parties, and by the 1950s, had a small concertina repair workshop in a Battersea garret. He recorded an album, 'Springtime in Battersea', for the Free Reed label in the 1970s.
