Jack in the Box was a heavy metal / grunge band from Norway, formed in 1990 by the brothers Rune Lamøy og Frode Lamøy. They were discovered by TNT guitarplayer Ronnie LeTekrö and released the EP Rockjumping in 1993. Two years later the full-length Stigma was released, and received 5 K's of 5 possible in the music magazine Kerrang! The video to French Fries For Breakfast even got rotation on MTV.

Jack in the Box split up in 1997, but they have announced a re-union gig to happen sometime in 2010.
