On 27 August 2023, Divide and Dissolve was a guest on NTS x NikeLab Radio* Kulin Nation. Divide and Dissolve has been played on NTS over 50 times, featured on 46 episodes and was first played on 5 April 2018.

Divide and Dissolve is an instrumental Doom metal band based in Melbourne, Australia, comprising saxophonist and guitarist Takiaya Reed (who is Tsalagi, one of the indigenous peoples of the southeasternwoodlands of the United States) and Māori percussionist Sylvie Nehill. Utilising drums, guitar, saxophone and live effects, the duo creates music which is designed to empower Black & Indigenous people the world over and dismantle white supremacy.

The duo's debut album, "Basic", was released in 2017. The album "Abomination" followed in 2018.

The bands third album, "Gas Lit", was released on vinyl and CD by UK-based Invada Records in 2021, following a digital release in 2020.
