One of the founding fathers of the Bass Sound, Billy came up as a teen in the late 80s around a legendary group of Miami Bass Producers like Afro Rican, DJ Debonaire, Jealous J, Kooley C. As a car audio installer specializing in Bass, Billy set out to fuse Miami Bass Music with the ultra low frequencys needed to get the most out of multi woofer car audio systems. This combination created a new sub genre of Miami Bass music called Car Audio Bass or "Bass Music". As a master programmer of drum machines like the SP 1200, MPC 60 II. Mpc 2000, Mpc 4000, and now the computer based FL Studio, Billy's Programming technics like, low bass drops, and cool snare drum fills are the evolution of Miami Bass music and now the staple of almost all hip hop production.
