Super Junky Monkey is a Japanese all-female experimental rock band, with influences from other genres like noise, hip-hop, metal, funk among many others. They were influential in the Japanese Underground of the 1990's, having formed in March of 1991 but the band got into a hiatus after the suicide of their singer, Mutsumi, in February of 1999.
