ARTHUR is a Philadelphia based musician and producer. He debuted in 2017 with the release of his EP Challenger on Vegyn’s label, Plz Make It Ruins. Woof Woof, his debut album, recorded at his parents’ house, distills feelings of isolation with its own unique brand of disjointed pop.
