Madelman has been played on NTS in shows including KESTREL EXPLORATIONS , featured first on 3 July 2019. Songs played include Bailar Hasta Morir and Mar I Nit (Trampolines Y Sirenas).

Born in Bilbao and named José Luis Rebollo, Madelman was one of the most important producers of spanish electronica during the last 90s, mainly thanks to his only LP: Palais (Cosmos Records, 1997). His sound there was a mix of playful IDM, gentle techno with Detroit roots and non-beatless ambient. After this work he made some remixes and focused his work in the duo Chico y Chica. He also plays sessions with the name Dj Madel.
