Irish producer Eomac (Lakker) and Japanese artist Kyoka have teamed up under the moniker 'Lena Andersson for a new album on Raster-Artistic.

Merging their respective styles Kyoka and Eomac from a back and forth session on the Buchla modular synth system at EMS Stockholm, the project has really come into its own with Eomac exacting razor sharp edits on Kyoka’s blend of spiky, freeform textures, sugared vocals and broad palette of field recordings.

Lena Andersson is a Swedish singer born 11 April 1955 in Fritsla, Västergötland, Sweden. When she was 15 years old, she made her TV-debut with Är det konstigt att man längtar bort nån gång, which is a Swedish cover of I'm Gonna Be a Country Girl Again by Buffy Sainte-Marie.
