Falling Idols has been played on NTS shows including Yesterday's News, with HWH first played on 11 September 2019.

Founded in 1981, the Falling Idols were an early American skate-punk band. The band started in Long Beach, California and lasted roughly five years, though they never officially disbanded. The Falling Idols included such up-and-coming punk rockers as Randy Bradbury, who would go onto play bass in Pennywise, Dave Quakenbush, who would become the lead singer of the Vandals, Trey Pangborn, future lead guitarist of Long Beach Shortbus,and Indonesian Mules, Ross Fletcher guitar, also plays with Indonesian Mules. Greg Odell, who went on to 8 Foot Tender, and Greg "Mudd" Lowther, who founded Long Beach Records and plays in Del Noah, The Pivot Foots, Perro Bravo, 3rd Alley, River Jetty, and Gluefactory.
