SSS has been played on NTS shows including Meuko! Meuko!, with Quiet Before The Storm first played on 16 September 2019.

The band SSS, which stands for Short Sharp Shock, hails from Liverpool, UK and plays hardcore influenced thrash metal (also called crossover thrash). The band is currently signed to earache. They were founded in 2005 and are still active today.
