More than one artist has used the name "Glide".
1) Glide was a guitar four-piece from Australia during the mid-1990s, they released three albums (Shrink Wrapped Real Thing,Open Up and Croon, Disappear Here) as a band and then after the tragic death of William Arthur, the primary member of the band(singer-songwriter), they released a fourth album entitled 'Last'. 2) Glide, born in September,1975, is a Japanese music producer, DJ and drummer. He is considered a prominent figure in the development of breakbeats and first gained notice with the release of his debut track "The Experimental Phaser", which was constructed entirely from a laptop and some turntables.
3) Glide is currently the electronic/psychedelic/ambient solo project of Will Sergeant, guitarist with Echo & the Bunnymen. Website: http://www.glide-sonic.com
4) Glide was also a pop-band in Toledo, Ohio in the mid to late 90's. That had one EP album, not sure if they ever hand a full length one.
