Trop Tard

Trop Tard has been played on NTS shows including The Last Playlist w/ Luis Felipe Farfán, with Les Choses Qu'On N'Oublie Pas first played on 8 April 2020.

There are two bands named Trop Tard:

1) Trop Tard was a coldwave band from France, active in the 1980s. “Trop tard” is the name of the dark and elusive band to come out of France. For nearly a quarter century the music of Trop Tard has been lost to the world, trapped in the icy expanse of mid-80s provincial France. The trio self released Photodrame k7(1987) and Ils Etaient 9 Dans L’Obscurité LP(1988) in extremely limited editions that likely saw little if any distribution outside of their native France. Masters of French Cold Wave. Also known as La Vague Froide, the movement was inspired by inspired by British post-punk and legendary producer Martin Hannett, creator of Manchester’s Factory Records sound. Trop Tard has a pure embodiments of its Romantic spirit.

2) Trop Tard is a funk rock band from Belgium.
