Black Brunswicker has been played on NTS in shows including Bradley Zero Presents: Rhythm Section, featured first on 18 January 2020. Songs played include Woodsmoke, Home Now and Wash Away.

Black Brunswicker is the name of the solo project started by Etta Helfrich (formerly Rest You Sleeping Giant) in late 2018. Self described as ambient Folk Melancholia, Black Brunswicker’s sound combines soft fingerpicked guitar in a wash of delay and reverb.

Originally from the Bloomington, Indiana, Helfrich relocated to Manchester, UK in 2020 after living in Chicago for a few years.
